No one wants to help me change my policy
I moved to Swaziland in January 2015 & I have an existing contract with MTN on a 750 top up. I have asked on more than 8 occasions now to either cancel this contract or change to a lower package & no one wants to assist me. I was a loyal customer of MTN for 12 years & during this time my bill was also paid on time & was often in excess of the contracted amount. I do not think that it is fair that MTN can hold me to a contract that I am no longer able to use & no one is willing to help me change my contract.

Your contract expires on 22/8/2015. If you cancel now or move to a lower package you will be charged penalties.
I suggest that you wait for the contract to expire, which will happen in a few months time.
