Maybe MTN thinks airtime grows on one's back because no other business keeps you hanging for 30+ minutes without picking up. What is the use for a "service champion" to begin your call with just to get put through to what seems like no-one with the most annoying music playing all of the time.

And then they are the provider with the worst reception ever.
