no one seems to know how to do swim swap

<p>i have been doing swim swap since tuesday last week.i have answered all the relevant questions correctly,After a day of progress it is cancelled.i phoned the call center agent who she said she doent know why the swim swap was cancelled.we have started again.same thing happened.i even went to the west gate walk in center.the lady has re done it but still.it has not been done.this is so frustrating.</p>
