No one is helping

Hi, one of my accounts unfortunately went into default, and I have subsequently paid it since now it’s listed under Nudebt, I have reached out to Nudebt for paid up letter, and am referenced back to MTN legal department, and no one is picking up, this is unfair since I have paid up.
