No one is able to assist with resolving my issue! Bad service on help line and no respons to emails.

I cannot get hold of anyone who can actually help me, I have tried 2 days in a row to call the 135 number and you hold on for hours, once someone answers they transfer you from this department to another until they cut you off. Absolutely terrible, no service at all. No one seems to be motivated enough to actually help you sort out your queries. I need them to call me or else I will take my business elsewhere!
