NO ONE HELPS IN THIS COMPANY - THEY KEEP REFERRING YOU TO THE NEXT DEPT

A query regarding a ********** simswap that was done is taking almost a month to resolve. ALL i need is a letter from their ***** department acknowleding this so that i can submit it to the bank BUT MTN cant seem to provide me with this letter.

***** dept said it would take hrs but till now, i havent heard from them, everytime I follow up, they keep saying they are busy.

YOUR SERVICES ARE PATHETIC - why do you lie about turnaround lie if you cant deliver?
