No one answers phones at MTN Insuarance

<p>I put trough a clain with MTN on the 4th of Jan 2017. On the 7th of Jan I received an SMS stating that my claim cannot be processed due to missing information and that a consultant will call me or I can call ********** . As to today no consultany has called me and I swear that I have been trying to call the above number almost everyday I stay on the line for close to 30 minutes and no one answers.This is terrible customr service and it is highly unacceppted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Rose</p> <p> ********** 753</p>
