No one answering @ MTN for cancellations

I have tried numerously to contact MTN whilst at work . The phone call cuts for cancellations. I need to cancel my contract with MTN so no further debits can go off . I really dent know as know one is answering my call . Numbers dialed 083 135 + ***.This service is so bad when you cannot get in touch with anyone for cancellation .
