No once of data bundle allowcated
So I recently upgraded one of my contracts (more than a month ago) and MTN was supposed to give me the the 30GB once off data bundle with my upgrade. Since I did not get this with the initial billing last month I thought I would with this month. I went to the store and logged a query with REF# *** and 2 days later got a response that the query has been resolved although I still have not received any once off data.
