No Networks for Days at a time in Derby

Its been 2 days now without network. Almost 3 days a week we have no network at all. This is completely ridiculous! I have 2 contracts that i pay in full and most of the month there is no network at all! This happens in Derby in the North West Province. I've been complaining for months and nothing has been done! Please sort this out and refund me for the days there is no network! After all MTN does stand for Most Terrible Network!
