no network services for days!!
I calledyour call centre to report about not having network signal in my area in Njelele Dzanani and this was done months ago and the response that i always get is \technicians are busy working on it"cant access the internet and many times i cant even make calls..im sick and tired of your lies.every consultant that i speak to always have another story to tell..today i spoke to a lady by the name or pana malatji who then told me the truth and said that in my area nobody is going to come and fix this problem and will never get a network upgrade in this area..so we must just switch to other networks since our area is not that much important and she advised that we still going to experience this problem for days..im sick n tired of mtn and their lies....they better sort it out ...this is just unacceptable.even small babies like 8ta(telkom mobile) gives better network services than your ****..your service is **** "
