No Network on MTN Frustrated!

I am extremely frustrated with MTN for the past few days the network has been atrocious! I cannot understand what is the issue this time around as there are continuous problems. MTN used to be a reputable company and I could even use my SIM card abroad. Now it is ******* and a massive inconvenience. I work at night and to have network issues over several days is a major MAJOR inconvenience. What am I supposed to do??? I am so frustrated and annoyed. Also the IVR is ******* and when you do eventually get through to someone they sound dead and once they cannot hear or feel like they can’t resolve your problem they hang up. You guys need to do better honestly, how do you go from best to worst?!
