No network for more than 2 weeks

***....this is a business number and it’s almost 3 weeks with out this issue being resolved (no outgoing calls,no internet connection,no sms going out...when making calls it says “this number you have dialled is barred.....)....we have made many trips to Mtn Cresta still no help,we have written to you on Facebook still no assistance.Can we pls have assistance regarding this as the number only allows for incoming calls only.
