No network coverage, no reply, no service= MTN

I have reported NO NETWORK COVERAGE, where I stay. And then I got a reply saying that the tower is down. I rep**** saying that there is still no signal. Now I am getting no reply at all. Shereen Kganyago responded to my email Surely If MTN cant supply the basic service of Network , I should be provided with the option of ending my contract.
