No network coverage for months!

In todays day and time when other companies are providing 5g. I think that its ridiculous that vodacom cant even provide 2g or 3g, nevermind 4g. In Derby in the North West Province, every alternate day the network goes for hours or even full days. Theres a good few thousand people suffering with the same issue in this area. For the past year, every 2 or 3 days the network has to not work for a few hours or even days, Which i think is pathetic since we're in lockdown and require internet to work from home. We depend on MTN for it and they fail to deliver.
