No network coverage at home in Secunda

<p>I constantly have no service or coverage at my home in secunda where I cant make or receive phone calls. This has been going on for more than a month. I have logged a call with the no service department ref no: ********** on 14 July. I have requested feedback on the 24 th of July. There is no resolution with the only sol,ution I need to wait until MTN bulds a new tower in Secunda. I have always had good coverage at my home and currently I am only left with taking out a contract with another service provider.
