No network coverage

I'm originally from a small village in Mpumalanga called Engwenyameni, near KwaMhlanga. It has been months without network coverage in this village, so everytime when I go home, which is twice in a month, I have to transfer everything to the Vodacom network. I was hoping it was a temporary issue but it looks like it will never be sorted. I see most people here are opting to change their network to Vodacom. Are there plans to sort this out?
