No Network Coverage

We have been struggling to get network coverage from Friday till todate in Mdantsane block 17, we can't even receive calls or make calls let alone using internet as some of us depend on it for out work especially when you are @ home. We don't know where to report this problem. My household is using MTN (5 people) and all of us are experiencing the same problem. I think we have been loyal to this network for too long.
