No network coverage

Hi Hello Peter , i have a problem with MTN South Africa the problem has been happening for over a year now its relating to MTN signal in my area being bad during calls or not being there at all also connectivity to the internet is an issues and i raised this issues with the coverage department and all they say is the technical team is aware of the issue they working on it but nothing changes , this affects some of us who use MTN and working from home as constantly i cant deliver due the bad signal mind you im about 700m away from the the tower , here is the call ref i logged still no communication from MTN (*** )
