NO Network but keep on sending bill statements

I have sign an Data contract with mnt but due to not have mtn Network at my place i Stopped paying and laid an complain on Nov 02 2020 with their customer service they didn't do Nothing but Stopped loading Data and keep emailing me statements even today that im over due . How can i owe something that i totally not having access to it but keep on Paying?
