No network at biggest hospital in Southern Hemisphere

I am a doctor at Bara Hospital. Mtn customers here are phased with the daily frustration of no or very poor network signal. This affects our ability to provide safe patient care. Colleagues cannot get hold of each other in cases of emergency. We cannot check lab results on the internet. If a patient dies as a result of this, will the family be able to sue Mtn for millions as part of the consumer protection act because they did not provide network for people to get hold of the doctor in time?!?

So I had logged a complaint on the 3rd of May 2016 after months of frustration. I was promised a response within 10 days. I sent them another email on the 2nd of June 2016 and was promised that the matter had been escalated to Teboho. Up to now I have not had any positive response as to whether they are indeed dealing with the problem.

So it seems that I am forced to move to Vodacom. My contract with Mtn is still running for another year. My question is, can I break contract based on the fact that I am not getting the service I am paying for???? Or do they expect me to pay TWO service providers when one of them is NOT providing a service?
