No network again

The network on tower T2946 Middelfontein keep going off. There is no network when there is no power. This morning the power was restored at 2am and we still had no network until 10 am. Now this evening the network keeps dropping every 5 minutes from 8pm. I want a credit for not being able to use my data bundle. Network call centre doesn't work on weekends so must we sit with the problem until Monday?
