No network 3 days, mtn seems clueless

The network in this town has been down for 3 days now, ive dm'd these ppl on twitter multiple times, ive sent multiple emails nothing has happend they dont have a clue what they are doing. First the excuses was my phone, then it was a glitch, then it was load shedding now no one seems to know. I am awaiting urgent sms, im going into the 4th day without any network. Ive told them the name if the place where im at multiple times they seem clueless. They are only interested in your personal details. I search the networks and shiw them mtn is completely down, that disnt work either. So i guess after 15 years, i will have to switch to vodacom. Im what world can a network be down for 3 DAYS ????
