No network
I have been having intermittent network disruption for the past two weeks. Unfortunately the last 24 hours has been worse no network at all. I contacted the MTN call centre and they tried to reset my sim card with no success. They then concluded that there is something wrong with either my phone or my sim. I went to a local shop I was told that there is nothing wrong with either of the two but is a network problem. They are unfortunately don't have the slightest of ideas of what is the problem and how long I will stay without a signal. My contract is a corporate one and cannot afford to unreachable. I cannot be tossed from pillar to post with no one knowing what is going on.

Hi the services are active on this line please ask the sub to restart and test als to test the sim on another device if the issue persists.
Please test the sim card in another device if this is the same you need to do a sim swap, the sim card is faulty.

This is the same complain that I am having with MTN. No one wants to take responsibility for the problem that I am experiencing.
I have done everything that is mentioned on the email above. I walked into a MTN Shop, call customer care and coverage. Every one refers me to the next.
Without doing anything my phone started working after 19h00. But I still sit with a situation where it cut off calls.
Please call me for more details.
