No my account bill

I took out an MTN TV and phone contract in June 2014 for R250.The contract was for R250 for 2 years. I have paid R250 for the contract for more than a year will no issues, in August my bill was paid R670 and September R1123 as a debit orde. Called the CC 5 times due to them MTN disconnecting, then rushed to the Cresta branch who said they can’t help but then can suspend the number, which ,while talking to her best bud LG friend while talking to me,had suspended the wrong number. Called again to the CC for itemised billing(which takes 7 days) and the suspension was corrected. Elroy explained this number was in my possession and thus he can’t do anything, if i want to investigate i must go ahead. I find it hard to believe how MTN can wash of their hands when the customer is telling you this is not my calls. Prove to me it is...do something. And now i found out my next bill is R1700 in 5 days. Clearly anyone can see there is ***** happening here yet MTN will not investigate anything..Sim swaps recycling numbers are an everyday issue...yet no body will assist me...Well done MTN...excellent customer service. You overbill me for not even my calls and yet i cannot dispute anything. I must just pay.. *** was logged with no feedback still, I got the itemised billing and called a few of those number and they are all Nigerian…
