No MTN Signal - STAY AWAY FROM MTN IF YOU ARE IN CAPE TOWN

I am on an unlimited MTN contract and for the last 4 months I have not been able to use any minutes or megabytes outside of wifi coverage. I have 0 signal NOTHING. Yet I am paying a full subscription for the last 4 months and when I cancelled they forced me to wait out a notice period. When I raised the reception issues with them they confirmed that the Tygerberg signal tower is not operational and they dont know how long the repair will take. Its been 4 months and nothing has happened.

I feel like I have been ****med. I am paying a full sky package subscription yet I dont get anything in return and had to buy a second phone on Vodacom to be able to communicate with clients.
