NO MTN SIGNAL

We have a huge problem in the Rayton/Cullinan Gauteng district. When there is loadshedding we have absolutely no cellphone signal on the mtn network. Is there somebody who can assist us? There are instances where we are up to 6 hours without any cellphone reception.
