No MTN signal BArberton Mpumalanga

Since 23 September the MTN tower signal is of. I repeatedly reported this problem, having not less than 10 refferences. Yesterday the signal came back for 10 minutes. It has been of since. Now they are not answering their phones or their e mails Full account need to be settled, otherwise services will beterminated. BUt we must fight to get the signal we are paying for. Is this fair?
