NO MTN SIGNAL
Ons bly op 'n plaas tussen Thbazimbi en Lephalale en MTN is die ENIGSTE diensvers****** wat tot +- een maand terug 'n redelike sein aan ons kon verskaf via 'n toring redelik ver van ons af. Ek weet nie of hulle aan die toring gewerk het en of die toring net nie meer werk nie maar die laaste maand is kommunikasie amper onmoontlik. Geen of baie swak sein is aan die orde van die dag. MTN Inbelsentrum is net tydmors, as die agent my dalk vir een sekonde duidelik kan hoor reken sy daar is nie 'n sein probleem nie en kan ons nie help nie. Ek het ook op 30/09/2015 'n saak via MTN webblad gemaak mer ref ***5 maar geen terugvoer behalwe die outomatiese reply nie. Veral op 'n plaas in vandag se tyd is kommunikasie baie belangrik in gevl van nood. Dit is MTN se verantwoordelik om te sorg dat AL sy kliente goeie sein ten alle tye het.
