No mtn service without Hellopeter review

So its begging for service again with mtn, last month i got double charged on my account and notified mtn about this . They offcourse did nothing and still deducted my usual payment this month. Why must i allways come to Hellopeter to get service from mtn? Is it so difficult to just help me out first time?
