NO MTN - Port St Johns - second beach ( ward 6)

Im running a hospitality business and December festive season is the time we strive, however the amount of business (enquiries / bookings) we lost due to MTN being off 80% of the time is unacceptable. I took out MTN contract April 2022, because then MTN had no issues. We don't have a MTN shop in Port St Johns and calling the call centre, cannot get through to a person, and when I do get through, the calls are gettinf dropped. I don't see why I have to pay a monthly subscription with less than 20% service. I have to drive to the other side of Port St Johns to make phone calls and to receive OTP.
