No MTN network coverage in Sunrise Rustenburg, no calls no SMS no internet connection

MTN services in Sunrise Rustenburg is very bad since August 2022 there is no network I made several calls complaining they promised to solve it and will get back to me but they don't, l have contracts with MTN they don't fail to deduct every month they deduct even though there is no network, when someone tries to call me MTN make sure to send a message that I missed a call, I did ask if there are technician monitoring towers they said yes but we are still with no network, I really expect a refund because I use data when at work, I have a sister at home with data that doesn't work at all, I feel like I am making donations to MTN, your competitors are doing great job, please attend to the matter urgently and start taking us seriously as your customers, this is really frustrating me, MTN customer service is EXTREMELY POOR,
