No more airtime carry over. No notice given!

<p>Suddenly I lost about R400 worth of airtime. MTN call centre says I should have received an SMS last year that they don't allow more than 2 months airtime carry over. When did this happen? I never received this sms.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never received this notice!! I AM OFFICIALTY DONE WITH MTN. This is the last straw.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to take this further. Please escalate and prove to me that this notice was sent to me.</p> <p> </p>
