No money, no handset - MTN needs to refund me

In 2012 I bought a blackberry at the store and after 3 days I wasnt happy with the keyboard functionality and the sensitivity was slowed down but still no improvement. I took the handset to the store and demanded my money back. Earlier this year I contacted Izak the branch manager, who advised that the refund had been approved and that Siza in accounts would contact me. I had to make countless phone calls to Izak following up on the refund and not once did he have the courtesy to call me back and keep me updated - he would promise to call back after checking with Siza but that never happened. On the last communication we had, he changed his tune and advised that they will not refund me and that this was the decision made by management as I had taken far too long and that nothing can be done I have in fact donated the R3000 to MTN as I do not have the handset.I have asked Izak to email the telephone correspondence regarding not refunding me as I need to take this up with my lawyers but he still has not done so - not that I am suprised. I am utterly disgusted at MTN and their reasons for not refunding me.It would be interesting to see your books regarding the two transactions
