No minutes received

The problem I'm now having is this, I pay 4x R299 And 1x R169 contact with u guys... for the month of April I did not receive my 200 mtn to mtn minutes on any of my 5 contacts and I paid for the full month.. so you guys take my minutes away from my contracts that's resolved in my buying airtime from my own pocket to help me get through the month because my contract is suppose to do that! That's what I'm paying for!

I emailed this query on the 24th of April, Now you guys send me an email almost 10 days later telling me that I need to pay R22.56 for itemized billing, My contract was perfect before, I dont understand why I need to pay now more money to have something that was working...
