No memory card with upgrade

I upgraded my contract yesterday at woodlands mall pretoria. Thr samsung s7 comes with a memory card. My phone did not have one. The man helping me phoned the manager clara but she would not let him give me one. He said he would phone me back yesterday but still i am waiting. The manager is never at work. The telephone number at the store keeps ringing. This is very bad service.
