No matter how much I pay, I always get cut off!

My wife cancelled her debit order several months ago because she kept on getting debited crazy amounts. Since then she has been paying cash amounts, however, every month she gets cut off. She receives smses saying she owes large amounts, which she then pays. But the following month she is cut off again!<br> <br> So when the last sms stated she owed about R1000, I decided to pay R2000 to make sure the phone would not be cut off. Last week she received an sms saying she owed +-R2000, and yesterday she was cut off!!!!<br> <br> How on earth are we supposed to manage this if she keeps receiving outstanding amount notifications that are way more than her contracted amount, and she just keeps getting cut off? She NEVER calls more that her contracted amount! Its time to cancel this contract!!!!
