no matter how many complaints you lay mtn still does not communicate or solve any issue!!!

i have been having issues with mtn since last year and till now its so hard to get any feedback or communication they only good for asking questions but never resolve anything and still expect us to pay for something we cannot use , this company should shut down their staff dont even have proper product knowledge!
