No luck to get contract finalized with the online shop for Mtn!!!!

App**** on Monday online for a new contract, and submitted my documents on Tuesday. But no one at Mtn call center can help me or give me some feedback as it is Thursday afternoon already. Why is this taking so long. And once the deal is done-heard I have to wait another flippen 2 weeks for my phone. This is unacceptable. I suppose that CellC would have been better or even Vodacom.
