No LTE signal

I upgraded my phone at the MTN store in Walker Drive in PE one month ago.
I decided to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 as it is an LTE capable device and according to MTN's Coverage map, I should have LTE at my residence.

Since I have the new Note 4, I have yet to receive LTE signal on this phone. Initially I thought that the problem could be handset related and I then tested the handset with my other tablet contract LTE sim card and it worked. Therefore the problem is not the handset. I also called 808 an was informed that I do have an LTE sim card and that it is active on my profile.

I then visited the MTN store at Walker Drive and a query was logged with regards to this problem.
(***) (***)
I was told that the employee at the shop should receive feedback within 48 hours.

A week later I returned to the MTN shop and still there was no feedback. I was then told that LTE is active on my profile but when they checked the actual network status of my number, it showed that no LTE signal Access Point was defined and that my radio access medium is UMTS or HSPDA.

I am extremely disappointed at the lack of urgency to correct, in my view, a simple problem.
