|NO LONGER A LOYAL MTN CUSTOMER

I have been a loyal customer with MTN since 1996 on one of the top paying contracts. Beside many other queries I hade one of the last costing me R11 000 due to the incompetency of the staff, I against my better judgement sign again with MTN for a new contract on the 29 January 2015. WHAT A MISTAKE. This contract renewed purely because its just easier to go to your current service provider and re-sign. <br> On signing my new contract on the 29th January 2015 all was well until approx. 3 days ago when people I was in contact with on the phone complained that it sounded as if I was driving with my window open - the device was making a noise on the side of the person I was speaking too.
