No joy on cancellation

I want to cancel one of my MTN contracts. MTN shop said I need to contact the retention department on 808 or 083 1 808. First line of contact is sufficient butvthen the put me through to this department and I just listen to the same old tune over and over. Spent over an hour over a 3 call span. Emailing them also doesn’t help because all they reply with is to contact this useless call centre. Absolutely useless service.

After directly contacting Alice, as per her private message with me, the whole matter was solved in 3 minutes. Thank you Alice for above and beyond service, just sad that it needed to get to this point.
