No Joy
I was a customer of Nashua Mobiles for very long and when they closed down our contracts were handed to MTN. We now have to deal with MTN directly. I tried calling all the numbers given online and via phone from Customer care and got absolutely no joy. Everytime i called I landed up back at customer care. All i want is to know when I can get my upgrade again after calling last month and the month before, as I need it sooner so will pay in a fee if I need to. Its just so irritating phoning 4 different numbers and no one can transfer me and everytime I get given a different number and the worst part is selecting an option and then being told its not working at the time of the call and the call will be diverted to customer care who i DONT need. The phone upgrade is beyond urgent. I am VERY close to cancelling the contracts with MTN!
