No Itemised data usage report
I was informed by accounts 808 that I would have to pay R21 for an itemized data usage report. I had to buy another 500mb data bundle last month as the website indicated that my data bundle was almost finished. I used to get these posted to me every month but no longer. I am entitled to get these reports emailed to me on a monthly basis to check my usage.

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
The request was sent to the billing department to assist you with the the itemized billing report as per reference number ***.
Itemized billing service is not loaded on the account. If you require for the service to be added to received the itemized billing report monthly you need to contact the 808 call center to load the service for you. The account will be billed R21.50 monthly.
We have changed the delivery method to email function.
