NO INVOICES OR STATEMENTS FOR 1 YEAR

I took out a contract with MTN a year ago, I have never received an invoice or statement, i have to go into a MTN store to find out what i owe and every time i ask for a statement their system is down, the amount due is higher every month and the cannot tell me why? This is unacceptable!!!
