No Invoices - But you have to pay - And No-one to
I was forced to change to MTN service provider after Nashua Mobile sold out.
Everything is fine until you have to sort out a problem.
I haven't been receiving my invoices with the \billing emails"for about 3 months now!
808 never works - It politely tells you \""we are now receiving a high volume of calls\"" which seems every time I phone.
When you go to a branch there are massive queues of people - some taking up to an hour to choose a new phone - so simple queries? - forget it!
So where do you go?
Emails to Customer care ? they dont get answered - except you get a reference no - thereafter nothing."""
