No invoice for MTN contract

MTN is not sending out contract invoices. I've phoned, emailed, escalated with reference numbers, used the invoice email option on their app. Nothing works. I see many others here on Hello Peter are having the same issue. Hello MTN, is there anyone home? Do you just not give a damn about your customers?
