No internet too often - not so super sonic

My connection has been down too many times. This time is the last straw. Yesterday it was down since Sunday. After several calls and complaints, I finally received a call yesterday from a Tumi who supposedly fixed it. This morning it was down again. After more calls and messages, I finally received a call and the person hung up soon after answering, without even talking to me. You do not deserve to be in business. Stop blaming loadshedding. I have a backup. Why don’t you have one with the billions you are making? You need to drop the super in your name as there is nothing super about your service.
