NO INTERNET ON ROUTER

The worst service provider and you receive horrible customer service. My mother has a contract for a router that she received the 21st August 2025, the router has never had a proper working connection and the N1 CITY STORE staff refuse to assist with cancelation even though the return was in the cooling off period.
