No internet during lowshedding and very poor internet connection after lowshedding

Poor internet connection it takes more than 30 seconds to open a page, a 1min video can take up to 5mins to finish it because it pauses in between. I get 120 GB a month, but I'm struggling so much with internet. When there is low shedding is zero interne nothimg but my telkom is working perfectly low shedding or not. Even my son's Vodacom has no problem with the internet during or after lowshedding. I'm so disappointed coz I still have more a tear data contact with mtn
